In some yoga schools situated abroad, yoga postures are classified as Standing, Sitting, Lying on back and Lying on Stomach but the actual and traditional classification of Yoga include four main paths including Karma Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Bhakti Yoga and Kriya Yoga.
This is my most comprehensive guide on how to use yoga as a tool to connect with the Lord, and to live out the calling that He has placed on your life. This program includes 31 half hour yoga videos, and a month long devotional ebook (full of prayers, journaling questions and daily verses) that go hand in hand to help guide into the presence of the Lord each day.
I always used to take for granted how I moved, breathed, walked, gripped, tightened and softened my muscles. Yoga is how I learnt to reconnect with my body.
